Licensed Immigration Adviser since 2019, following 12+ years in the public sector. Her family migrated to New Zealand as refugees, which inspired her to found MYS Associates. Also licensed to assist with Australian visas.
Business Development Manager
The eldest daughter of a refugee family, Ngaire grew up supporting her community through translation and event organisation. She brings that same care to clients as an interpreter, business owner, and financial advisor.
Immigration Adviser
Moved from Cambodia in 2007. Holds First Class Honours in Engineering from Victoria University of Wellington and brings 12+ years of project experience to a detail-oriented, client-first approach. Fluent in English and Khmer.
Operations & Administrative Support
Brings a public-sector administrative background to MYS Associates. Passionate about community support since childhood, Kean provides the operational backbone that keeps client service running smoothly.
Finance
Trained as a Chartered Accountant at PwC before spending 7+ years in finance leadership at high-growth start-ups — including capital raising, M&A, and building finance functions across New Zealand, Australia, and Asia.
